He perfected his skills in his previous career in sales, marketing and senior management where for 18 years he learned the importance of building strong interpersonal relationships. Fluent in English and Spanish, Javier has always been fascinated with New York’s diverse cultures and architectural richness. Because of this, he admits he actually remembers wanting to be a real estate agent since the ripe young age of ten.
Originally from Hoboken, Javier studied Business Management at New Jersey City University. He has lived and worked in one of the city’s trendiest neighborhoods, ever appreciating the unique qualities of the distinct niches that make New York so special. Javier currently resides in Hell’s Kitchen. He welcomes the opportunity to share his knowledge with clients to find the very best home for them, in the location and price range with which they’re most comfortable.
A Certified Real Estate Advisor, Javier is also the team leader of The Amor Group who enjoys mentoring and coaching new agents with his expertise. Outside of work his favorite pastimes include playing tennis, public speaking (he is a member of Toastmasters) and volunteering for various causes that help our youth, HIV/AIDS victims, the hungry and the homeless.
