Jeff Schleider
Jeff Schleider is the Founder and Managing Director of Miron Properties.
From his early days in the real estate industry, Jeff, a Columbia University Alumnus, rapidly advanced though the ranks. Within a year, he was named top broker at Anchor Associates, a rapidly expanding mid-size firm. Within two years, he was training new hires and within three, he was named associate broker at the Corcoran Group, one of the more prestigious firms in the city. In 2009, Jeff launched Miron Properties to provide clients a superior service in a boutique setting. In the first year, Miron gained recognition in the industry as a top performer, which despite a down economy achieved superior results. That year, Jeff personally managed a full office relocation to Manhattan requiring several apartments, numerous sales, one of which went into a bidding war in its second week on the market, and complete lease-out of a 22 unit East Village building in less than six weeks from opening.
Jeff is committed to socially and environmentally responsible business practices, which is reflected in many of the policies of Miron Properties. He was one of the first to earn the eco-broker designation and requires the certification from all his agents. He was also invited to sit on the LEED for Homes in NYC subcommittee and developed the first interactive map of New York City green buildings. Recently, Jeff has been a featured green building expert in various media, including the Real Deal and MSNBC's national broadcast.
