In addition to working with buyers and sellers Andrew Anderson has become one of the leading real estate agents in the New Development market. Over the past 5 five years Andrew has been at the forefront of new developments and sponsor representation, proving a key player from project conception to completion. His expertise is unparalleled in all aspects of a development, from specific market knowledge and pricing, finishes and floor plans, to marketing and branding. Andrew's unique approach to new development and sponsor representation is proven through the successful sellout of over 500 units and four new developments in the past 5 years.

In 2004 he began consulting with Cape Advisors and Andres Balazs on 210 Lafayette, One Kenmare Square. Within 7 month the project was 100% sold out. One Kenmare Square remains one of Soho’s most successful developments to date and broke all records at the time in terms of price per square foot and speed of absorption. In 2005 Andrew brought 76 Madison, a prewar loft conversion, to market. This was only the second development of its kind in the Madison Square Park area. Since then, this area has become one of the more expensive and desirable locations in NYC. In 2006 Andrew began working with LCOR on The Charleston, 225 East 34th street, the first ground up new development in Murray Hill since 1991. While marketing The Charleston, Andrew simultaneously began sales at The Chelsea Stratus, 101 West 24th Street. The Chelsea Stratus sold out in approximately 16 months at the highest price per square foot in the neighborhood. It is, to date, the only luxury high rise condominium along sixth Avenue in Chelsea and holds the title of Chelsea’s tallest building. Andrew has recently taken over sales at 254 Park Avenue South, one of only a few prewar condominiums on Park Avenue South. Under his management and direction, the sales pace has doubled in the past 5 months. With the launch of a new marketing campaign, this success will continue.

Originally from Philadelphia, Andrew moved to New York City after graduating from college to pursue a career with the Secret Service.
