A new rental building called The Pavilion at Locust Manor in the St. Albans neighborhood of Queens is set to accept applications for 84 affordable units.

Located at 171-04 Baisley Blvd., the 8-story building from The D & F Development Group will offer all its units via affordable housing lottery to eligible income earners who qualify for 30 to 100 percent of the area median income. That is a pretty wide range, starting at $14,503 for a single person all the way up to $95,400 for a 4-person household. See the chart below for all the qualifying requirements.

Amenities for the The Pavilion include resident superintendent, elevators, visual intercom system, security cameras, central air, parking lot (limited availability), laundry room, community room, bicycle storage. Close the E & F subway lines.
