Less than two years after buying a sweet condo at 449 Washington Street, Academy Award-winning director Kathryn Bigelow has decided to part with the full-floor unit.

The list price for the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is $2,895,000. So unless there are multiple offers and the price gets bid up, Bigelow is looking to take a slight loss on the 1,665-square-foot condo. In March of 2015, the director of “The Hurt Locker” and “Zero Dark Thirty” paid just over $3 million, meaning she’ll likely take a slight loss on the property.

As noted by 6sqft, there’s plenty to love about Bigelow’s condo: A private elevator landing; 10-foot ceilings; wide-plank oak floors; double-pane windows; marble-laden kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer; balcony and motorized shades.

And with only three other units in the brick building, which is situated in a cobblestoned street in northwest Tribeca, this is a nice, exclusive property, complete with a doorman and within steps of shopping, restaurants and downtown entertainment options.
