A series of Bronx apartments will be available for qualified applicants in a housing lottery. G&M Properties II is offering 20 newly renovated units from three separate buildings in the University Heights and East Bronx neighborhoods. Buildings at 1636-1640 University Avenue, 100 West 174th Street and 1167 Stratford Avenue are all offering a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments for people meeting the income qualifications. The buildings are all owned and operated by G&M Properties, which also takes charge of some other buildings in the area.
