Well, that was fast. Just six months after buying a quintessential prewar loft in Tribeca, actor Orlando Bloom is listing it for sale. Bloom, who starred in “The Pirates of the Caribbean” and “The Lord of the Rings,” purchased the loft for $4,875,000 in September 2014 and is now listing it for $5,495,000.

Buyer’s remorse happens to the best of us, but most theories seem to point to lack of privacy, thanks to his building-mate, Taylor Swift, who seems to attract more than just a few paparazzi. The building Bloom is fleeing is 155 Franklin Street, a handsome, 6.5-story building built in 1882 and former home to the Sugarloaf Warehouse. Located along  a cobblestone street, it was converted to 10 residential condominiums in 1982 and renamed Sugarloaf Condominiums. Another celebrity who once lived there was “The Hobbit” director Peter Jackson, who sold his penthouse to Swift last spring.

Bloom’s south and east-facing unit has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is surrounded by 11 oversized casement windows. Exposed brick walls, wood-beamed ceilings and original cast-iron columns are featured throughout. His spacious master bedroom (16′-3′ x 19′-6″) includes a walk-in closet and his en suite master bath includes a double vanity and shower.

Raphael De Niro, Maggie Leigh Marshall and Evangelos (Angelo) Karras of Douglas Elliman share the listing.
