Any loyal Swiftie knows that while Taylor Swift was working on renovating her Tribeca (a.k.a. Taybeca) penthouse, she lived in a rental house at 23 Cornelia Street. That rental even made an appearance on her album Lover in the ninth track titled “Cornelia Street,” featuring the line “‘I rent a place on Cornelia Street,’ I say casually in the car.” Well, here’s your chance to casually say you also rent a place on Cornelia Street – Taylor Swift’s Cornelia Street townhouse is available to rent for $45,000 a month!

Price $45,000

Measuring in at 5,400 square feet, 23 Cornelia Street is a 21-foot-wide brick carriage house that dates back to 1899. It’s been renovated many times since then, as evidenced by its indoor swimming pool and private garage. The house was sold back in February 2019 for $11.5M, and is currently the showroom for Italian furniture company Zanotta.

There are so many cool details throughout Taylor Swift’s Cornelia Street townhouse (aside from the 25.5-foot-long pool). You’ll find double-height ceilings in the gallery and three original fireplaces, two of which are wood-burning. In other words, you’d have plenty of spots to curl up by the fire and listen to some cozy Taylor Swift albums (Folklore, anyone?).

With four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a full guest suite, and tons of closets, you’ll never run out of room here. There’s even a private fitness room on the ground floor!

We haven’t even gotten to the kitchen, which features restaurant-grade appliances like a double-drawer dishwasher and Wolf range. The connected dining room has full casement windows to let in abundant light.

Outdoor space also abounds here. There’s an outdoor garden, two terraces on the third floor, and a rooftop terrace with a gabled roof structure that provides great views of the city. The larger of the third-floor terraces features a gas fireplace!

Location-wise, 23 Cornelia Street is in the heart of the West Village, just steps from Washington Square Park. Talk about the perfect location!
