Check out StreetEasy’s three newest features:
1. New Building Activity table
Every building page now shows activity within a building summarized in three tabs: the Sales & Rentals tab, Documents tab, Unit tab.
2. Property Pages
We now provide a summary of all the information we can gather on a particular unit including past and current sales, rental listings, recorded sales, personal property documents and permits.
3. Tax Abatement Search
The Advanced Search now allows you to search for sales listings with tax abatements.
