This is really good news. HREO.com is fine, but does not provide historical data. This will improve buyer education greatly.

All true but way too many properties with no addresses. And when the historical/hysterical pricing shows it listed at whatever today and it has been on the market for over 500 days at the same price, it just shows you how absolutely clueless the realtors and sellers in the Hamptons are.The only good news I see is a major increase in lis pendens which means that the Wall Street mess is starting to hit the folks in the Hamptons.
