Which estate area is more expensive? I've seen data for the villages as a whole, but that includes smallish houses which aren't luxury properties (especially true for Southampton given the size and economic diversity of its population). Does anyone know how the high end areas stack up between the two villages?

Completely depends on what street you're talking about. SH usually more.
