as i understand it, when building a pool, it has to be atleast 20 feet from the of property line, on any side. am i correct?
what about a pool house?

you can look up accessory structure setbacks on any of the village codes. the website links will be on the village homepages somewhere.

depends on the what village it is in... 10 feet for southampton. but the guy installing it will know.
