What's the deal with EH North? Is it trashy in some way? Good access to village, not far from beaches. Looking specifically at Hedge Row Lane & across from the playground.

EH North has a lot going for it.

Access to village without having to deal with the highway is high on the list.

Also, RE values are, IMO, better than south of the highway

Great schools, lower taxes than Springs, more property for your money, and more of a community feeling.
