We rented this house about 5 years ago . The location on springs fireplace is very busy and you hear the traffic, which starts around 7 am. There were serious leaks in the roof in the kitchen, the pool is very attractive, but there are no steps. The guest cottage is not winterized . The layout is akward- only bathroom upstairs and I remember correctly the shower was on the closest. The property is lovely, but the there are two builable lots on either side. Overall, although charming the property has a ton of issues.
