I'm considering a project in Amagansett. I've spent most of my time in the south fork in Southampton and I'm not too familiar with the $4mm+ market further east. Was wondering if anyone knows how the $4mm-6mm market is doing in Amagansett currently? There seem to be many properties listed, but relatively few closings. Thoughts?
