House is poorly maintained. Electrical issues are a big concern: dozens of lights out, inoperable water heater (for cabana and ever important outdoor shower) issues with media center, broken electrical blinds, etc. Repairs not done despite a contract.

Don't expect your deposit back despite keeping the home in pristine condition. Word on the street is that no one has gotten their full deposit back. The owner finds something whether it's an expensive toaster or something else.
