Peter Wilson Bridgehampton small projests to Mansions- gets it done and is local- so fast turnaround with bldg dept. Worst thing to do is hire a NYC person not familiar with local code and law. You will be kicking it back and forth 2 years later. He has done may projects for me and other Agents.
