Stay away! We rented this house for June 2012 and were charged $250 for what they claimed was a dented table and another $250 for a washing machine repair. The washer worked perfectly the morning we left and the damage to the table is completely made-up. The table and the washer were both so old that neither one is even worth $250. We also left 1 bag of trash for which they charged us $75. The house is a 1980s contemporary just like every other house in the northwest woods. Nothing has been updated except the kitchen counters that now have the cheapest granite possible and leave water marks from any glass. The master bedroom and bathroom are disgusting. The pool is also a very cheap nylon. There is no grass or landscape, just a deck. And the bugs are HORRIBLE!
The landlord also called us our last wknd in the house and tried to convince us to leave early because he made an error with the lease for the next tenant and had them coming the day before our last day. He and his wife called us 5 times on our last Friday trying to get us to leave!. It was all a horrible experience and given the amount of houses available in East Hampton, you should look elsewhere. The owners are very unprofessional and will try and keep your entire security deposit.

How much did they charge you for the rental and how big was the house?
