Heather's twelve years of experience in luxury real estate in Manhattan and Miami have provided a strong foundation on which Heather offers a refreshing approach to residential sales in New York City. Recognized for her expertise in new development, Heather was recruited from the Miami market in 2006 as Director of Sales to launch Andre Balazs’ William Beaver House, a high profile residential project located in Lower Manhattan. This was followed by successful two-year tenure as Director of Sales at Gwathmey Siegel’s Soho Mews, a full-service new development in SoHo. Heather was responsible for over $200,000,000 in sales on these two projects benchmarking new price per square foot thresholds in each market segment.
Heather’s direct knowledge of predevelopment planning, strategic product positioning, and the marketing and sales of new and existing properties offers both buyers and sellers a winning combination of skills. Her strong analytical mind, attention to detail and ability to listen to her clients’ needs has guided her clients in making thoughtful, wise decisions based off of fact and not emotion. Domestic and International customers alike will benefit from the enviable network of resources she has accumulated as a result of her multi-market experience, new development background and extensive international travel.
Heather's natural and relaxed approach with customers traces back to her Ohio roots. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Heather moved to South Florida where she received her Master's in Sports Administration at St. Thomas University. In 1997, Heather conceived and established the Miami Dolphins Fishing Tournament, which has now become the Dolphins’ primary annual fundraising event. Heather maintains her Florida real estate license with Douglas Elliman Florida and continues to assist her customers by identifying and procuring investment properties and vacation homes throughout South Florida.<!-- Facebook Badge END -->
