Kristina Paces

<p>Kristina Paces is always on the go. Renowned for her high energy personality, people who know her will tell you she can't sit still for very long. "It's one of the characteristics that originally drew me to real estate," she says. "My energy and attention to detail allow me to always stay on top of things, and my clients can trust that I won't stop until a transaction is complete and they are completely satisfied."</p><p>This same mindset is also what first drew Kristina to the energy and opportunities of New York City. Originally from Westchester County, she currently resides in the Financial District. After spending a decade living and working on the Upper East Side, Kristina's downtown business started to grow. &nbsp;Looking for a change and seeing a huge opportunity, she decided to move both business and personal downtown. &nbsp;</p><p>Soon after moving to Manhattan, a friend recommended that Kristina explore residential real estate. After breaking into the industry and recognizing immediately that she loved it, she eventually ran her own company for a few years before joining TOWN in March 2012. "It's unlike anything I have seen in our industry and truly allows professionals to grow their business to new heights."</p><p>In addition to the persistent dedication and energy she brings to each transaction, Kristina's clients also value her commitment to maintaining long term relationships. "It's a sign that you did a great job for them and they trust you to work with the people they love."</p><p>When not rushing around Manhattan at the speed of light, Kristina loves to travel both internationally and in the U.S. She loves a great beach and one day plans to own a place right by one. Kristina also enjoys working out daily and exploring new restaurants. Whether on the job or in her free time, she's always on the go!</p>
