Prior to her real estate career, Meg earned a degree in Social Science from Penn State University and a degree in Buying and Merchandising from New York's FIT. Previously, she teamed up the two degrees and worked with pop fashion artist Stephen Sprouse, spearheading efforts to distribute his designs across the country and the world. Passionately involved in art, video and fashion; Meg then produced and directed fashion videos and documentaries.
Meg's significant sales include 393 West Broadway, a new development at 104 Wooster Street, classic prewar apartments at 40 Fifth Avenue, 41 Fifth Avenue, 32 Washington Square West, assorted Tribeca lofts, as well as luxury rentals at 7 Wooster, 225 Lafayette and 210 Lafayette. Meg has also sold over 55 loft apartments at 250 Mercer Street.
Meg is a founding member of the Soho Noho Action Committee: their goal is to create a zoning change - as the current zoning of the neighborhood does not match its current use. SNAC is a community based orginazation committed to protecting occupancy rights for all residents - reflecting the vibrant and diversified current mixed use Soho and Noho communities.
