Building: Waldo Lofts at 159 2nd Street in Powerhouse Arts District

The distinctive new 12-story building was designed to complement the industrial architecture of its early 20th century surroundings, with a red brick facade, decorative trim and expansive multi-level, fan arched windows. A fashionable lobby appointed with mixed wood, stone and steel promotes a chic gallery setting. A collection of 82 spectacular condominium residences, Waldo Lofts’ dramatic interior layouts were inspired by the soaring work spaces made fashionable by artists. From 700 to 2,400 square feet of urban living space, they feature one and two bedroom layouts as well as duplex penthouses with three bedrooms and spiral staircases.
