Just saw that The Beacon in Jersey City won "Project of the Year" from the Urban Land Institute. Here's a link to a story that was posted on Fox Business.com: http://www.foxbusiness.com/story/urban-land-institutes-nj-district-council-names-beacon-project-year/
Apparently, the first phase of 315 condos is more than 90% sold and occupied, and they just opened a new 17-story building called Mercury Lofts which has 25 half- and full-floor lofts offering from 2,994 to 6,665 square-feet priced from $885,000 -- less than $300 a square foot.

Furthermore, initially, they tried to convince my family to move in mid-March. If I agreed to that, we would have been in a temporary housing for
This developer / management lost all the credibility.
Unfortunately, it seems like I am stuck with them. But for those of you prospective tenants - think very carefully, and do your diligence on them.
