New Neighborhood Selector

You’ve asked for it, and finally the time has come—our advanced search now features a new way to search for different neighborhoods! Just start typing the name of a neighborhood you’re looking in and either hit ‘enter’ or click on the name of the ‘hood, and it’ll be added to your search. You can add as many neighborhoods as you’d like, and you can select “show all neighborhoods” do it checkbox-style. If you have suggestions, let us know!

New way to search for closings!

We’ve always given our insiders the ability to search for recent closings, but sometimes the Dept of Finance will only record something long after the closing took place. Check out our new “recorded on” search in our recorded sales section to see every sale that was recorded in the last day, week, or other time range.

Nearby Subways!

We’re going to be rolling out a bunch of cool new features in the coming weeks, so we thought we’d get started with our new “Nearby Subways” section on every building and listing on the site! You can check this out next to the map on building pages and about halfway down our listings. Enjoy!

Our new index gives you a feel for how the Manhattan residential market has performed over the past 15 years. This is not a simple average price history, but a fancy schmancy repeat sales transaction-based index that allows for an “apples to apples” view and is more like a stock market index as it tracks price changes of the same properties over time.
