Building: The Tribeca at 303 Greenwich Street in Tribeca

Originally known as the Dalton on Greenwich, The Tribeca includes an eleven-story stone and glass building, built in 1987 as part of a special planning zone along two adjacent blocks of Greenwich Street. There are three penthouses atop this building, two are large and have significant outdoor space.

The building has a garden courtyard connecting two classic Tribeca five-story loft buildings. 165 Chambers Street has four residential units, one per floor, with an elevator opening directly into each unit. 147-149 Reade Street is a wide loft building with two units per floor. There are three penthouse units, one above each of the loft buildings, each with private outdoor space.

The Tribeca is a full-service building. In addition to the garden courtyard there is a common roof deck, private storage and bike room. It is located directly across the street from Washington Market Park and is zoned for PS234 which is also across the street.
