Originally built by Andrew Carnegie as the Engineer’s Club in 1907,
Bryant Park Place is a 97 unit, 100% owned coop comprised of 4
buildings, and the only residence on Bryant Park. It features
extraordinary prewar details in the grand lobby, a full-time doorman,
renovated common areas and excellent financials. Bryant Park Place has
been invited by the National Architectural Trust for designation as a
historic and architecturally significant building, to be included on the
National Register.
