This complete renovation and re-positioning of a landmark property in the Stuyvesant Square Historic District was painstakingly undertaken to transform what was once an example of unique gothic architecture back to its original splendor.
Through a combination of rigorous architectural and landmark research, the original details of the facade and remaining interior details were permanently restored. This restoration was combined with a complete overhaul and replacement of the entire interior and core of the building, which included the addition of striking modern finishes and 21st century amenities. The resulting creation was a series of unique one-of-a-kind homes.
