Michael Reed is one of the most accomplished and successful brokers in the Manhattan residential real estate industry. In his first year with Brown Harris Stevens (2001), he was named “Rookie Salesperson of the Year,” and has since gone on to represent buyers and sellers in deals totaling over $600 million in value.
Year after year, Michael continues to be ranked as one of the firm’s top producers. He has sold more than 50 apartments in the prestigious Grand Millennium condominium, where he has been recognized as the undisputed building expert. Recently, Michael was named “Broker Specialist” for The Millennium Tower at 101 West 67th Street, one of the top-rated condominiums on the West Side. Although Michael specializes in the Upper West Side condominium market, he has also sold apartments in many other neighborhoods, including the Upper East Side, Gramercy, Tribeca and throughout downtown Manhattan.
Michael’s professionalism, integrity and passion for his work stand out in the field. Not only a savvy marketer, he is also a creative and innovative thinker who strives to offer his clients flexible, accommodating service. This approach is an integral part of Michael’s ability to consistently conduct profitable and successful negotiations on behalf of his clients.
Michael’s success can also be attributed to his years of travel and diverse work experience. He joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2001 after working for the Anheuser-Busch Creative Marketing Team as a sales analyst and marketing director both in New York and Boston. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a member of the Bayonne Golf Club, located in Bayonne, New Jersey and the Boston Golf Club, located in Hingham, Massachusetts. In addition to his Anheuser-Busch experience, he spent several years abroad and in New York working in the fashion industry. He currently resides with his wife in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park.
