History

Michael Smith co-founded StreetEasy and has been the company's CEO since formation. Nataly Kogan was a co-founder and an important contributor to many of the initial concepts upon which the first product was built. Douglas Chertok initially conceived, and was a co-founder of StreetEasy. He served on the company's board from its formation through October 2007. He continues to be a shareholder. Sebastian Delmont and Corey Johnson wrote all of the initial code. Tony Schmitz was an important early advisor and remains a valued board member today.
