Noel Berk

Noel Berk spent 25 years as a sales and leasing broker at Cushman and Wakefield. Four years ago she joined Mercedes/Berk as a principal. She continues to enjoy close relationships with the New York corporate and international real estate communities. Noel has vast experience in office building sales, commercial and retail leasing, land use and development. She is a member of the exclusive Real Estate Board of New York's Sales Broker Committee and holds an MBA in executive management. She has completed transactions in excess of $2 billion over the course of her career.
