"When buying property, communication between the buyer, seller and broker is paramount. Suzanne Stern simplifies this potentially complicated process with direct, concise and timely responses to all parties' inquiries and concerns. I believe this approach distinguishes Suzanne Stern as a broker who makes deals happen and not someone who takes properties on long fishing trips with no results. Suzanne creates a win/win scenario for all parties, continues to establish herself as a broker with a strong working knowledge of market conditions and keeps integrity at the forefront of her dealings."
Michael Steiner, President and Founder of Michael Miller Fabrics

"A few months ago, when I was exploring whether to sell my Manhattan apartment, I knew one person I should discuss this with: Suzanne Stern. I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne over six years ago when I was in the market to buy. Throughout the entire search process, Suzanne was efficient in screening out properties that fit the criteria, lining up numerous viewing properties, and guiding me through the transaction process. More importantly, I felt extremely comfortable working with her, as her interest in listening to my needs was completely sincere. With some other brokers I had often felt there was an element of a conflict of interest; with Suzanne, at no time did I feel that my interests were secondary. So naturally, when considering my recent sale I spoke with Suzanne. After making the decision to put the apartment up for sale, I requested that Suzanne represent me exclusively. I had also spoken to another leading real estate firm, but Suzanne was my ultimate choice because I knew I would get the full attention and quality service of a professional who not only knew the market, but knew it well. Additionally, because I had moved out-of-state, it was even more important to me to work with someone I could trust, and she was just such a person, as exemplified when I had been on the buying side of the market. Suzanne's expertise, precise judgment, marketing know-how, and people skills served me extremely well. She went the extra mile to prepare the apartment for the viewings and managed the schedules to maximize traffic, and ultimately produced solid multiple offers [and an over-the-asking bid]. Throughout the entire process;from preparing to showing to bid-process-managing to closing- Suzanne was personally and closely involved. I am deeply appreciative for all of her dedication and integrity, and know that I could not have expected any more than she gave. If I happen to find myself in the Manhattan real estate market again, I know who I should call."
