Reuben Davis
Reuben is one of Manhattan’s most genial and accomplished Real Estate professionals. The excellent network of relationships he has built over his career as well as his passion for architecture and knowledge of the unique character of each neighborhood -- from the Upper East and West Sides down to Wall Street – fuels and continues to drive his business.
A keen listener, he understands the needs of buyers, sellers and investors and is sensitive to the personal requirements of each individual client. Reuben offers a level-headed approach and concrete solutions to the frequent challenges of the New York Real Estate market, making him the consummate dealmaker. Reuben is a founding member of the Agent Leadership Council at the Manhattan flagship Market Center of Keller Williams NYC. This dynamic “board of directors” is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. He is also a longtime member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
As a seller's agent, Reuben has a natural ability to identify and attract ideal, qualified buyers for all kinds of luxury apartments, whether in triple mint or estate condition. His distinguished performance includes achieving the highest resale price in the history of the prestigious white glove coop 1050 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side, as well as the highest resale price at the landmarked historic 150 Nassau Street in the Financial District with the sale of its iconic penthouse.
Over the course of his career, Reuben has developed a special relationship with empty nesters looking to move to Manhattan and purchase a primary residence or pied–à–terrein the greatest city in the world. He has had equal success with families, large and small looking to expand their footprints in Manhattan.
Prior to Real Estate, Reuben co-founded Jayco Diamonds, a highly-respected importing company that supplied diamonds and jewelry to the largest jewelers in the US, including Zales and Kay Jewelers. His transition from magnificent gems to luxury apartments proved to be seamless as his business and personal relationships were a perfect fit with the level of customer service his clients expected. He has written screenplays and studied at Queens College, graduating Cum Laude with a BA in Communications.
Reuben has lived in an Upper East Side Co-op for over twenty five years with his wife and children and is involved in the many cultural institutions in his neighborhood.
