McKee MacDonald
McKee is truly one of the best in the industry; most recently having been nominated for the 2009 Real Estate Board of New York Deal of the Year, having achieved a ranking in the top 2% of Corcoran’s parent company, NRT, LLC. In addition to this ranking, he consistently ranks among the top brokers in his office, having achieved another honor of rental broker of the month. Communicating effectively can be the most important part of any real estate transaction, understanding this and using it correctly has helped McKee become a successful real estate agent. Through listening to his clients, McKee is able to help them make the most sophisticated and informed decisions regarding real estate.

Serving as President on the Board of his East Village Condo since its inception, McKee is very knowledgeable as to the inner workings of a building. This allows him to problem solve very quickly and to navigate the inner workings of coops and condos.
Having grown up in Stowe, Vermont, where his mother has sold real estate for over 30 years, McKee has been training for real estate his entire life. He has learned the importance of never judging a book by its cover, looking at each situation with a fresh outlook and most importantly listening to the needs of his clients. Through these aspects and McKee’s depth of knowledge of the market and diligent work ethic he partners with his clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. McKee is also a licensed real estate Broker in Vermont and can assist with any real estate questions and transactions in Vermont or around the country.
McKee honed these skills over the past five years in real estate, but began developing them quickly after finishing college at the University of Denver. After working for a few years at Cohn & Wolfe, a worldwide public relations firm based New York City, he jumped at the opportunity to work on 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Following the Olympics McKee moved back to NYC to begin his career at Corcoran.
McKee and his wife, Jen, live in the East Village and spend time seeing live music and enjoying the city they call home. When not in the city they can be found skiing in Stowe or listening to live music in New Orleans, a city they call their musical home.
