Mr. Arcos has an impressive realty pedigree: in 2006, a mere four years after receiving his license, Mr. Arcos became an equity partner and accepted the title of managing partner in one of New York City’s boutique real estate brokerage house prior to launching BLU Realty Group.

Prior to starting his real estate career, Mr. Arcos was part of something greater than anything he could of every experienced while The Department of Design and Construction. Being part of overseeing, alongside with DDC’s architects, engineers and project directors, the clean-up efforts in ground zero which was and will always be a cherished and extremely humbling experience.
