Jimmy Ziomek

Jimmy Ziomek has now set out on his own as Principal of James Joseph Real Estate LLC. Formerly the Director of Leasing for one of the most prestigious portfolios in New York City, his buildings included the Cipriani Residences, 10 Hanover Square and the Columbus House. Jimmy was also the General Manager of one of the most successful new residential buildings of the 2000's.

While he focuses mainly on high-end sales and leasing, his diverse listings currently include an Upper East Side rent-stabilized building as well. Given his experience as the Owner's Representative of nearly 1,000 residential units, his network of brokers far exceeds that of the most seasoned veterans and he takes pride in the close relationships he has made within the brokerage community throughout the years. Jimmy Ziomek is popular amongst his peers for his "by the book" approach, emphasis on being fair at all times and co-broking when necessary to make sure the buyer and seller are served properly. He knows very well that real estate is a service industry and often takes on a consulting role behind the scenes rather than the credit of sale-whatever it takes to make the client feel comfortable and the deal flow smoothly.
