After nearly a decade within Citi Habitats and most recently the Managing Director of Citi Habitats Largest Branch Office in Union Square for the past 6 years, Jay M. Heydt is now head of "The Heydt Group", a newly created real estate group of outstanding and innovative individual agents equipped in residential and commercial brokerage providing services of Leasing, Sales, Investment and Boutique On-Site Marketing. Known for "creative" marketing, Jay's team will make anyone's vision a reality.

Jay's group is still under the umbrella of Citi Habitats where Jay will currently hold the title of Senior Vice President of the firm, continuing to interface with Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queen's major landlords, the media and Senior Executives at the firm in order to further the firms goals and initiatives.
