Dana Power moved to New York City from San Diego when she was 17 to pursue her dream of living in America’s most diverse and international city. While studying Journalism at Fordham University, she discovered her love of the people in NY, making it a priority to connect with leading professionals in every market including finance, entertainment and art. Her experience as a TV/ Film Actress, created opportunities to appear in national campaigns for social and environmental issues, and to join with politicians to help keep NYC a safe and clean place to live. She also plays active roles in charities such as City Harvest (Food for the Homeless) and St. Judes Children’s Hospital. After living here for several years, she has been a resident of a range of neighborhoods and can offer first-hand advice about what to expect from all of them. She is also an active supporter of Green Housing and Sustainable Living, with expertise in developmental concepts of energy-efficient living and eco-friendly housing. With a concentration in high-end residential real estate, she especially loves working with buyers from start to finish, and enjoys taking them through the process of finding that special place to come home to. She is an expert on finding value in the best neighborhoods in Manhattan, and makes each client a priority to help them find the perfect place to live. The commercial real estate world has also presented rewarding opportunities to Dana.
