A former VP, Financial Consultant with the prominent Wall Street investment firm Salomon Smith Barney – part of Citigroup Global Markets, Michael was expertly trained in financial and retirement planning plus held various professional licenses including a Series 7.
In 2002, Michael seamlessly transitioned his proven financial, marketing and research talents to the world of real estate. Leaving Wall Street, he started his own boutique real estate firm as the industry was always his main passion. With him, Mike also brought the same keen interpersonal, listening and negotiating skills that always kept him on top of his game, and endeared him to his clients.
Because of his seasoned background, Michael deeply understands risk. By fully understanding his real estate clients’ unique needs, he tailors each investment strategy to suit them. Michael holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing & Management. A New Yorker at heart having lived here for over 25 years, he comes from an old New York family who has for generations shared time between the city and the Hamptons, which Michael also knows quite well. Having himself bought and sold numerous properties both in New York and Florida, Michael practices what he preaches when he says real estate is a sound investment. He particularly enjoys helping others attain their own unique property ownership goals, whether to live or invest in a NYC home. Outside of work, his interests include photography, sailing and motorcycling. Michael also supports the Central Park Conservancy and New York Harbor Sailing Foundation.
