As one of the rare "full-service" brokers in New York City - with expertise in Residential Sales, Rentals, and Investment Properties - Paul and his team are frequently named to the Corcoran Top 10 Sales Agents (as well as the top 1% of 65,000 NRT real estate agents nationwide each quarter), are members of Corcoran's Multi-Million Dollar Sales Circle, and have been distinguished in the past three consecutive years as Corcoran's Manhattan Rental Salespersons of the Year-2006, 2007, 2008-present. With expert advice to Real Estate Owner-Investors, as well as to Sellers, Buyers, and Landlords alike, Paul and his business partner Vincent Falcone head a successful team of seven and have been named to the prestigious President's Advisory Council of Top 25 Corcoran Brokers, 2006-present. Prior to his real estate career, Paul worked in Architecture, Urban Design, and City Planning in Boston and New York, and spent several years working as a consultant for The World Bank in Washington, DC. A long-time New Yorker, Paul holds three Masters Degrees in Architecture, City Planning, and History from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and Johns Hopkins University, as well as an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University. In his spare time, Paul is a competitive IRONMAN Triathlete and local elite runner with the New York Road Runners, having qualified and completed the Boston Marathon, as well as the Marathons of Paris, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Berlin, Washington DC, and New York (3x). After work hours, he also studies Music Composition evenings at The Juilliard School and finds time to direct his Theater Industry interests as a producing investor in the Broadway productions of West Side Story, A View From the Bridge, Lend Me a Tenor, Ragtime, Green Day's American Idiot and the upcoming Broadway premier of Minsky's.
