Julianne Bond joined The Corcoran Group in 2003 after many successful years in the arts which included Peabody, Cable Ace and Emmy Awards for her achievements as a writer, producer and actor for Comedy Central's "Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist" and ABC's "Science Court ". She also studied painting and design and served as co-director of interior design with the prestigious New York firm, Tsao and McKown Architects.
Looking to expand her horizons, Ms Bond turned her creative powers and extensive knowledge of Manhattan properties to real estate and since 2004 has consistently been a member of Corcoran's prestigious Multi Million Dollar Club, an honor given to the top producers in the company.
Analytical, thorough and prepared – these are just a few of the qualities that best describe Ms Bond whose attention to detail has resulted in the successful sales of many luxury properties. As one of Corcoran’s top brokers she has on more than one occasion set a record high for sales all over the city.
Her strong commitment to community is evidenced by her years of fundraising and service on the boards of directors for her children's schools, as well as in her current charitable involvements: volunteering at Mt. Sinai Hospital’s Woman to Woman, a peer support program for women with gynecological cancer, and successfully completing St. Anthony's Triathlon for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training.
