In the early stages of his 11-year real estate career, Ariel learned nearly every aspect of the business before finding the niche he was most passionate about. He worked with retailers, sold investment properties, rented apartments and office space, and sold townhouses, condos, coops and new developments, until ultimately choosing to specialize in the luxury residential market in Manhattan while working with local and international developers, sellers and buyers.
As a seller’s broker, Ariel provides unique and innovative marketing strategies that set his properties apart. This combined with his refined sales skills boost exposure for his listings, and result in higher sales prices.
