Linette embarked on her real estate career as an On-site Sales Associate with a renowned real estate company that specializes in the sales and marketing of luxury New Developments and Condominium Conversions. During that time, Linette represented one of Manhattan's most active and nationally acclaimed real estate development companies. In 2009, she joined Warburg Realty, one of Manhattan's leading Real Estate brokerages. In 2010, Linette was honored with the coveted Warburg Realty's "Rookie of The Year Award". The same year, she was featured as a real estate agent on MTV's hit show, "The City". In 2012, Linette appeared in the Season 6's premiere episode of HGTV's "Selling New York". Linette has also appeared as a real estate expert on FOX 5 NEWS.

A graduate of New York University, Linette currently resides with her husband, an attorney and on-air legal analyst, on Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village and spends time at her family's home in Kittery, Maine. Linette is fluent in Spanish.
