Originally from Westchester County, NY, Matt has lived on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and in Gramercy since 1997. His office borders Flatiron and Chelsea, but with over 150 real estate transactions under Matt’s belt, he boasts an encyclopedic knowledge of all Manhattan neighborhoods.
Matt holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida, and pursued Masters studies at FIT’s Gallery and Retail Art Administration program. He and his wife live near Lincoln Center and enjoy spending as much time as possible with their daughter in Central Park. Matt’s favorite hobbies also include visiting museums and art galleries, practicing his Spanish, and traveling the world.
