Yearning for the challenge and pace that only New York City can offer, Nick returned home. Possessing big-city savvy and small-town personability, Nick brings a unique ability to connect with his clients, meeting and exceeding their goals aggressively but with finesse. Catering flawlessly to both the emotional and investment-driven client, his foresight of market forces has led to the acquisition of several distressed properties which he converted to income producing residential investment units.

Always working to better himself and the community, Nick has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, awarded to only eight brokers practicing in Manhattan through meeting strict education and consistent production at the top of the market. A graduate of the United Way’s BoardServeNYC, Nick’s advocacy style extends to the community where he sits as a founding board member of ILead, a youth leadership non-profit initiative and the advisory board of the American Red Cross of New York City. He is a frequent contributor to Downtown Magazine, and in his free time equally enjoys international travel and absorbing the ever evolving neighborhoods of our City.
