The School of the Future is a student-centered and rigorous academic school with the goal of preparing all graduates to enter the college of their choice. The School of the Future values self-respect and the rigorous use of mind, i.e., good habits of mind. A commitment to student-centered learning is achieved by incorporation of interdisciplinary curriculum, active learning projects, Socratic seminars, longer class time, use of technology, cooperative and collaborative learning, community sense, and heterogeneous classes.
