The mission of Manhattan Village Academy is to prepare students, through the liberal arts, to have access to the best colleges and universities in the country. We believe that a rigorous and disciplined education in the liberal arts provides youngsters with the higher order thinking skills necessary for success in an ever changing, rapidly evolving world. We believe that a well-rounded education in Humanities, Science, Mathematics, Language, and the Arts will enable our students to develop their full intellectual potential. Our youngsters are required to complete two years of service learning and are offered the opportunity to participate in an internship program in their junior year. The combination of a firm liberal arts background and a strong service learning program enable our youngsters to achieve intellectual and personal excellence.
