It most likely means the apartment has sold, but it may take a while for that info to show up on the site. RE agencies are often lazy in updating sales info.
What does No Longer Available mean?
It had said, IN CONTRACT. Does this mean the contract is completed.
Or, did the In Contract fall though?
Anybody have any clues?
