What do people think of this condo? I gather it's empty except one floor and when I mention it people tell me "run, run away!!!". But what are the real risks in purchasing in such as building, assuming a great deal can be had? Also is it true that a condo needs to be more than 75% sold for a bank to lend? If so what is the likely fate of these "zombie condos" - rental buildings?
