Does anyone know the status of this building? There are no price reductions since summer 2008, and an apartment (9B) that was in contract is available again, but others have disappeared.

Any clues?

Yes, 9B is most probably someone walking away. I am puzzled why other units disappeared at the same time. I kind of doubt that they all went into contract at the same time.

Developer probably trying to hold back the number of units out on the market to create a sense of a lack of supply. Of course he'll still have the same number of units unsold come fall when the development is scheduled to close.

We were interested in this building. There are definitely units not advertised, ones that are available when you visit the sales office. I believe you can negotiate the prices but I don't think that much. Not sure if their stance has changed recently. Ours did. :)

Oy, gorgeous building, great location but that sleek modern interior is a sacrilege as far as I'm concerned. It's not for me, makes we want to scream. To each his own ..........
