Does that mean all the people posting "Maison East Rules" in unrelated threads now have a place of there own to rave about the building? If so, thank you.

Thank you. You must not have seen the dozens of "Maison East" posts spread throughout all of the unrelated discussion threads in SE. It's fine to discuss the bldg. in the right area, but it is tiresome to interrupt other threads time and time again with posts about how you can get 2000 sq ft. in ME for a dollar and how every other building in Manhattan pales in comparison.
